At FITstep, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Orders placed by 1 pm GMT+2 on business days will be processed the same day.

Depending on order volume, product availability and ongoing promotions, certain orders may take longer to fulfil, however, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING COST

For orders above 100 EUR, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping.
